How to Play Each Game
Four Player Chess
- 1Four players share one board as two teams of two — you and your partner each control your own set of pieces.
- 2Turns rotate through all four seats. Move like normal chess when it's your turn.
- 3Capturing an enemy king — or checkmating it — eliminates that player instantly. Coordinate over voice chat to defend each other.
- 4The last team with a king still standing wins the match.
Classic Chess
- 1Traditional 1v1 chess — you take White or Black and play the full standard rule set: castling, en passant, promotions, checks and checkmate.
- 2Offer or accept a draw at any time, resign if the position is lost, and use the built-in clock for timed games.
- 3Every move syncs live to your opponent. Export the finished game as a PGN file from the in-game menu.
- 4Checkmate — or your opponent's resignation or clock timeout — wins the match.
LexArena 1v1
- 1You and your opponent share a honeycomb of letters with one highlighted center letter.
- 2Tap letters to spell real words. Every word must use the center letter and be at least 3 letters long.
- 3Submit words before the 8-minute timer runs out — longer, rarer words score higher.
- 4Whoever has the best word haul when time's up wins.
Lex Arena 4 Players
- 1Same hex-hive word game as LexArena 1v1, but two teams of two share the honeycomb.
- 2Every word must include the center letter and be at least 3 letters — teammates' finds count toward the same total.
- 3You've got 5 minutes — faster, longer words score more.
- 4The team with the most words when time's up wins.
Anagram Duel
- 1You and your opponent each work through the same list of 15 scrambled words.
- 2Unscramble the letters to spell the correct word — solve in any order, and skip a hard one to come back to it later.
- 3Everyone shares one 6-minute clock, so there's no waiting on turns.
- 4Whoever solves the most words before time runs out wins.
Sudoku 1v1
- 1Both players get the exact same Sudoku puzzle, solved side by side in real time.
- 2Fill in numbers as fast and accurately as you can — you can see your opponent's progress live.
- 3Three wrong entries and you're eliminated from the race.
- 4First to correctly complete the grid wins.
Team Sudoku
- 1Two teams of two each share one Sudoku board per team, solved together in real time.
- 2Coordinate with your teammate — either of you can fill in any cell on your shared board.
- 3Three wrong entries and your team is eliminated from the race.
- 4First team to correctly complete their grid wins.
Linguistics League
- 1You're given a shuffled word bank — tap or drag the words into order.
- 2Arrange them into a correct, complete English sentence.

- 2Trace hidden words before your opponent to claim them.
- 3Longer terms score more points.

Philosophy League

- 2Match the quote to the philosopher who said it.

Schulte Duel

- 3Plan efficient routes between checkpoints while tracking how close your opponent is to finishing.
- 4First to collect all 5 checkpoints wins.
Quick Questions
What's the difference between Quick Play, Create and Join?
Quick Play matches you with the next available opponent instantly. Create opens a private room with a code — share it with friends. Join lets you enter a friend's room code to play together.
Ranked vs Casual — what's the difference?
Casual matches are for practice — they don't touch your league standing. Ranked matches count toward your weekly league XP and can move your tier up or down, so bring your best game.
Do I lose XP if I lose a match?
No — every match earns XP whether you win or lose, losers just earn a bit less. What can go up or down is your weekly league tier, depending on how much XP you bank in that pool.
What happens if I disconnect or leave mid-match?
Leaving an active match auto-resigns for you and hands the win to your opponent(s) — so try to finish what you start, or use a resign button if the game offers one instead of just closing the tab.
How do I keep my daily streak going?
Just finish one match, any game, any mode, once a day. Miss a full day and the streak resets to zero — so even a quick casual game keeps it alive.
